EU registered designs

1Description

Registered Community designs, now called registered EU designs, as recorded by the EU Intellectual Property Office: design and application numbers, Locarno classes, product indications, owners, designers and representatives, filing, registration and expiry dates, status, renewals and the published design views. EU design rights are registered at EUIPO, not at the European Patent Office, which does not register designs. Brand owners, IP counsel, product teams and computer vision groups use it for clearance searches, design watch, portfolio benchmarking and image-similarity models.
