In vitro to in vivo extrapolation

In vitro to in vivo extrapolation (IVIVE) can be broadly defined as an approach utilizing in vitro experimental data to predict in vivo phenomena, including concentrations (e.g., toxicokinetics [TK]) and effects (e.g., toxicodynamics).
