1. Person, group, organization, or government that conducts or has the intent to conduct detrimental activities.
2. An entity that is not authorized to access or modify information, or who works to defeat any protections afforded the information.
3. A malicious entity whose goal is to determine, to guess, or to influence the output of an RBG.
