Term · Cybersecurity · MLC-T-CYB-000460
1. The number of bits in a bit string (e.g., the bit length of the string 0110010101000011 is sixteen bits). The bit length of the empty (i.e., null) string is zero.
2. The number of bits in a bit string.
3. The length in bits of a bit string.
4. A positive integer that expresses the number of bits in a bit string.
