Capability, Trust Management

1. The willingness to take actions expecting beneficial outcomes, based on assertions by other parties.
2. The confidence one element has in another, that the second element will behave as expected.
3. A characteristic of an entity that indicates its ability to perform certain functions or services correctly, fairly and impartially, along with assurance that the entity and its identifier are genuine.
4. An ISCM capability that ensures that untrustworthy persons are prevented from being trusted with network access (to prevent insider attacks).
