Recovery and reconstitution

1. Actions taken during or after an incident or event to restore functions and capability to fully operational states.
2. Reflect mission and business priorities, recovery point/time and reconstitution objectives, and established organizational metrics consistent with contingency plan requirements. Associated capabilities can include both automated mechanisms and manual procedures.
