1. Instruction or learning activity to enhance the employee’s capacity to perform specific job functions and tasks by focusing on skills, concepts, knowledge, and attitudes related to performing a job. It is designed to change what employees know and how they work.
2. The ‘Training’ level of the learning continuum strives to produce relevant and needed security skills and competencies by practitioners of functional specialties other than IT security (e.g., management, systems design and development, acquisition, auditing).
3. teaching people the knowledge and skills that will enable them to perform theirjobs more effectively.
4. Informing personnel of their roles and responsibilities within a particular IT plan and teaching them skills related to those roles and responsibilities.
5. Teaching people the knowledge and relevant and needed cybersecurity skills and competencies that will enable them to understand how to use and configure the IoT devices to enable them to most securely use the IoT devices.
