Trusted Party

1. A party that can be expected to keep sensitive data safe and not disclose it to others.

2. A party that is trusted by its clients to generate cryptographic keys.

3. A trusted party is a party that is trusted by an entity to faithfully perform certain services for that entity. An entity could be a trusted party for itself.

4. A party that is trusted by an entity to faithfully perform certain services for that entity. An entity may choose to act as a trusted party for itself.
