Class V wells

Wells not included in Classes I to IV and Class VI. Class V wells inject non-hazardous fluids into or above a USDW and are typically shallow, on-site disposal systems; however, this class also includes some deeper injection operations. There are approximately 20 subtypes of Class V wells.
