Measurement Quality Objectives

1. The individual performance or acceptance goals for the individual Data Quality Indicators such as precision or bias.

2. Qualitative and quantitative statements of the overall level of uncertainty that a decision maker is willing to accept in results or decisions derived from measurements. MQOs/DQOs provide the statistical framework for planning and managing measurement plans consistent with the data user's needs. {ORD} {OW/EAD} {OPP} {OW/TSC} {OAR/OAQPS} {ORCR}
