Combinational circuit
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-001252
A type of digital logic circuit whose output is solely a function of its current inputs, without any dependence on past inputs or internal state. It does not contain any memory elements or feedback loops. Examples include adders, decoders, multiplexers, and logic gates, where the output changes immediately in response to input changes.
