The Mars Hand Lens Imager, a camera mounted on the robotic arm of the Curiosity rover on Mars. This instrument captures close-up, color images of rocks and soil, providing detailed views of their texture, structure, and mineralogy. MAHLI can focus on targets from about 2.1 centimeters to infinity and has a resolution of up to 13.9 micrometers per pixel.
