Additional costs incurred by an insured to accelerate the repair or replacement of damaged property, or to resume business operations more quickly after a covered loss. These expenses might include overtime wages, express shipping, or temporary equipment rentals. Property insurance policies often include coverage for reasonable expediting expenses to mitigate further business interruption.
