Financial Stability Board FSB

An international body that monitors and makes recommendations about the global financial system. It was established after the 2008 financial crisis to coordinate the work of national financial authorities and international standard-setting bodies. The FSB reports to the G20 and aims to strengthen financial systems and increase the stability of international financial markets.
