Single entity coverage

An insurance approach in condominium or homeowners association (HOA) policies where the association's master policy covers the basic structure of the building, including standard fixtures and finishes within the individual units. Unit owners are then responsible for insuring their personal property and any upgrades or improvements made to their units. This differs from 'all-in' coverage.
