Barrels of oil per day

A unit for the rate at which crude oil is produced from a well, reservoir or facility, abbreviated BOPD. The volume is counted in stock-tank barrels of 42 U.S. gallons, corrected to standard conditions of 60°F and 14.7 psi. One barrel is about 0.159 cubic meters, so 1,000 BOPD is roughly 159 cubic meters of oil per day.
