A website consisting of fixed-content web pages where each page is a discrete file coded in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The server delivers the exact same file to every user, as the content does not change based on user interaction or other inputs. This contrasts with a dynamic website, which generates pages on the fly using server-side scripting and a database.
