decryption key

1. A cryptographic key that is used with a PKE in order to decrypt ciphertexts into plaintexts. The decryption key must be kept private and must be destroyed after it is no longer needed.
2. The cryptographic key used to decrypt the encrypted payload. In asymmetric cryptography, the decryption key refers to the private key of the cryptographic key pair. In symmetric cryptography, the decryption key is the symmetric key.
