Current Residence

In household surveys the concept used to determine who should be considered a resident of a sample household. Everyone who is currently living or staying at a sample address is considered a resident of that address, except people staying there for two months or less. People who have established residence at the sample unit and are away for only a short period of time are also considered to be current residents.
