The fee may include the use and maintenance of either indoor or outdoor swimming facilities or other recreational facilities (party rooms, tennis courts, basketball courts, exercise rooms, and playground areas). Also the homeowner association fee can include payments for security personnel such as security guards or services such as telephone answering service, maid service, or other domestic help.",
