Abandoned Well

1. A well that is no longer being used or cannot be used because of its poor condition.
2. A well whose use has been permanently discontinued or which is in a state of such disrepair that it cannot be used for its intended purpose.
3. A well when it reaches the end of its useful life or is a dry hole.
4. Well whose use has been permanently discontinued or which is in a state of disrepair such that it cannot be used for its intended purpose or for observation purposes.
