"definition": "Broadly covers all the possibilities for an organization to have an influence on the environment, both positive and negative, and may be referred to simply as activities or processes. Examples of activities could include fieldwork, working in the office, driving to work, or any other activity that occurs at the organization. In addition, EPA may provide services, such as environmental sampling, relating to external stakeholders, including industry, communities, or individuals. Although EPA generally does not make products in the conventional sense, there may be instances where the concept of products can be applied (e.g., the development of publications for mass distribution). Note: May also be referred to as tasks and/or processes.",
