Annualized value

A constant stream of benefits or costs. The annualized cost is the constant amount that a party would have to pay at the end of each period t to add up to the same cost in present value terms as the varying stream of costs being annualized. Similarly, the annualized benefit is the constant amount that a party would accrue at the end of each period t to add up to the same benefit in present value terms as the varying stream of benefits being annualized.
