Authorized Account Representative

1. A responsible natural person who is authorized, in accordance with part 73 of this chapter, to transfer and otherwise dispose of allowances held in an Allowance Tracking System general account; or, in the case of a compliance account, the designated representative of the owners and operators of the affected source and the affected units at the source.

2. For a general account, the natural person who is authorized, in accordance with this subpart, to transfer and otherwise dispose of TR SO2 Group 1 allowances held in the general account and, for a TR SO2 Group 1 source's compliance account, the designated representative of the source.[40 CFR 97.602 (CFR 2013)].

3. For a general account, the natural person who is authorized, in accordance with this subpart, to transfer and otherwise dispose of TR NOX Ozone Season allowances held in the general account and, for a TR NOX Ozone Season source's compliance account, the designated representative of the source.

4. For a general account, the natural person who is authorized, in accordance with this subpart, to transfer and otherwise dispose of TR SO2 Group 2 allowances held in the general account and, for a TR SO2 Group 2 source's compliance account, the designated representative of the source.

5. For a general account, the natural person who is authorized, in accordance with this subpart, to transfer and otherwise dispose of TR NOX Annual allowances held in the general account and, for a TR NOX Annual source's compliance account, the designated representative of the source.
