Calibration Error
Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-003996
1. Difference between:(1) The response of a gaseous monitor to a calibration gas and the known concentration of the calibration gas;(2) The response of a flow monitor to a reference signal and the known value of the reference signal; or(3) The response of a continuous opacity monitoring system to an attenuation filter and the known value of the filter after a stated period of operation during which no unscheduled maintenance, repair, or adjustment took place.
2. Difference between the pollutant concentration indicated by the measurement system and the known concentration of the test gas mixture.
