Chemical of Special Concern

EPA designated that certain persistent bioaccumulative toxic (PBT) chemicals and PBT chemical categories would be classified as chemicals of special concern. Chemicals of Special Concern have a lowered reporting threshold and certain aspects of TRI reporting differ for such chemicals. The list of all such chemicals is provided in Table IIc.
