Class II substance

1. A substance with an ozone depletion potential of less than 0.2. All HCFCs are currently included in this classification.

2. Any substance designated as class II in 40 CFR part 82, appendix B to subpart A.

3. Specific ozone-depleting compounds described in section 602 of the Act.

4. Controlled substances listed in appendix B to this subpart.

5. Any controlled substance designated as class II in 40 CFR part 82, appendix B to subpart A.

6. Ozone-depleting substance that is listed in 40 CFR part 82 subpart A, appendix B.

7. Chemical with an ozone-depletion potential of less than 0.2. Currently, all hydrochlorofluorocarbons are Class II ozone-depleting substances.
