Coating Mix Preparation Equipment

1. All mills, mixers, holding tanks, polishing tanks, and other equipment used in the preparation of the magnetic coating formulation but does not include those mills that do not emit VOC because they are closed, sealed, and operated under pressure.

2. All mixing vessels in which solvent and other materials are blended to prepare polymeric coatings.
