Combustion Source

1. Stationary fossil fuel fired boiler, turbine, or internal combustion engine that has submitted or intends to submit an opt-in permit application under § 74.14 of this chapter to enter the Opt-in Program.
2. Any air pollution source that combusts a solid fuel, liquid fuel, or gaseous fuel, or an incinerator.
