For the purposes of this subpart, consumer product means any product listed in tables 1 or 2 of this subpart.\n\n2. The meaning stated in 15 U.S.C. 2052.\n\n3. Chemical substance that is directly, or as part of a mixture, sold or made available to consumers for their use in or around a permanent or temporary household or residence, in or around a school, or in recreation.",
