Core Program Cooperative Agreement

1. An assistance agreement whereby EPA supports states or tribal governments with funds to help defray the cost of non-item-specific administrative and training activities.
2. Cooperative Agreement that provides funds to a State or Indian Tribe to conduct CERCLA implementation activities that are not assignable to specific sites but are intended to develop and maintain a State’s or Indian Tribe’s ability to participate in the CERCLA response program.
