Cytochrome bf Complex

A membrane bound electron transfer protein complex found in all oxygenic photosynthetic organisms that oxidizes reduced plastoquinone and reduces plastocyanin (or cytochrome c). The complex contains a c-type cytochrome, two b-type cytochromes and an FeS center.
