Dilution Ratio

1. The relationship between the volume of water in a stream and the volume of incoming water. It affects the ability of the stream to assimilate waste.
2. The ratio of stream flow to wastewater flow.
3. Amount of diluted exhaust per amount of undiluted exhaust.
