2. Defined by the NPDES regulations at § 122.2 to include any addition of any pollutant or combination of pollutants to a water of the United States from any point source. ..

3. Any addition of any pollutant to navigable waters from any point source, or any addition of any pollutant to the waters of the contiguous zone or the ocean waters, other than a vessel or other floating craft which is being used as a means of transportation.
