Discharge Monitoring Report

1. Report of effluent characteristics submitted by a municipal or industrial facility that has been granted an NPDES discharge permit.

2. The form used (including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications) to report self-monitoring results by NPDES permittees. DMRs must be used by approved states as well as by EPA.

3. The EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees. DMRs must be used by approved states as well as by EPA.
