1. Any person to whom a consumer product is sold or supplied for the purposes of resale or distribution in commerce.
2. Any person who purchases or is supplied aerosol coating product for the purposes of resale or distribution in commerce. Retailers who fall within this definition are distributors. Importers are not distributors.
3. When used to describe a person taking action with regard to a product, means: (1) The seller of a product to a consumer or another distributor; or (2) A person who sells or distributes that product in interstate commerce, including sale or distribution preceding export from, or following import to, the United States.
4. Person to whom a product is delivered or sold for purposes of subsequent resale, delivery or export.
5. Any person who distributes in commerce water treatment chemicals for use in cooling systems.
6. Any person or entity to whom a composite wood product, component part, or finished good is sold or supplied for the purposes of resale or distribution in commerce, except that manufacturers and retailers are not distributors.
7. Any person who transports, stores, or causes the transportation or storage of fuel, fuel additive, or regulated blendstock at any point between any fuel manufacturing facility, fuel additive manufacturing facility, or regulated blendstock production facility and any retail outlet or WPC facility.
8. Person who transports or stores or causes the transportation or storage of gasoline or diesel fuel at any point between any gasoline or diesel fuel refinery or importer's facility and any retail outlet or wholesale purchaser-consumer's facility.
