Eligible Indian Tribe

1. Tribe that has been determined by EPA to meet the criteria for being treated in the same manner as a State, pursuant to the regulations implementing section 301(d)(2) of the Act.

2. Any eligible Indian tribe as defined in part 71 of this chapter.

3. Tribe that meets the statutory requirements established at 42 U.S.C. 300j-11(b)(1).
