1. Exchange of emission credits among engine families within a given manufacturer's product line.

2. Exchange of emission credits between engine families within a given manufacturer's product line.

3. For marine SI engines means the exchange of emission credits among engine families within a given manufacturer's product line.

4. Exchange of marine engine in-use emission credits among engine families within a given manufacturer's product line.
