1. The person or group that uses data, information, tools, methods, models or systems developed by the ESRP. Under certain circumstances, can be synonymous with stakeholder and decision maker.
2. Refers to facilities that purchase or secure recovered materials for the purpose of recycling. Examples include recycling plants and composting facilities. Excludes waste disposal facilities.
3. Consumer of products for the purpose of recycling. Excludes products for re-use or combustion for energy recovery.
4. Residential, commercial, industrial, governmental, or institutional water consumer.
5. The Partner, Stakeholder, person or group that uses data, information, tools, methods, models, or systems developed by ORD.
6. A firm or individual that purchases products for its own consumption and not for resale.
7. Business, institutional, or government entity that purchases a communications service for its own purposes and does not resell such service. A mobile wireless service provider is considered an End User when it purchases communications services to make connections within its own network, e.g., backhaul to a cell site.
