Executive Agency

1. Any executive department or independent establishment in the executive branch of the U.S. Government, including any wholly owned Government corporation.

2. Any ‘‘executive agency,’’ as defined in 5 U.S.C. 105; the United States Postal Service; and any other independent entity within the executive branch that designates or handles CUI.
