expedited site assessment

A process for collecting and evaluating site information in a single mobilization. Parameters assessed include site geology/hydrogeology, nature, and distribution of the chemicals of concern, source areas, potential exposure pathways, and points of exposure. An ESA employs rapid sampling techniques, field analysis and hydrogeological evaluation, and field decision making to provide a comprehensive "snap-shot" of subsurface conditions.
