Federal Interagency Agreement

1. Written agreements between Federal agencies under which goods and services are provided in exchange for funds, or where services are exchanged without payment.

2. Agreement between the federal facility, EPA, and whenever possible, the state requiring the federal facility to conduct CERCLA response actions at the facility or portion of the facility on or proposed to the National Priorities List (NPL).
