Gasoline Gallon Equivalent

1. Amount of electricity or fuel with the energy equivalence of one gallon of gasoline. For purposes of this part, one gallon of gasoline is equivalent to 33.705 kilowatt-hours of electricity or 121.5 standard cubic feet of natural gas.
2. amount of fuel it takes to equal the energy content of one liquid gallon of gasoline where one gasoline gallon equivalent (GGE) equals 114,300 British thermal units (Btu).
