Hydrocarbon Fuel-Based Combustion Emission Control System
Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-013619
Hydrocarbon fuel-based combustion device or equipment that is designed to destroy or remove gas emissions in exhaust streams via combustion from one or more electronics manufacturing production processes, and that is connected to manufacturing tools that have the potential to emit F2 or fluorinated greenhouse gases. HC fuel CECs include both emission control systems that are and are not designed to destroy or remove fluorinated GHGs or N2 O.
