Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-016010
1. (Developing) a picture of the relationships, theories, and assumptions underlying the program. A program logic model links outcome (both short- and long-term) with program activities/processes and the theoretical assumptions/principles of the program. In ORD, a Logic Model links the Research Framework, to the Research Project, to the Research Outcome, Partner/Stakeholder Outcomes and Impact. [Kellog 2004]
2. A plausible and sensible diagram of the sequence of causes (resources, activities, and outputs) that produce the effects (outcomes) sought by the program. (McLaughlin and Jordan 1999) [DOE Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Program Evaluation Glossary
