1. Exemption granted under § 90.1004(b) for the purpose of national security.

2. Exemption which may be granted under § 89.1004(b) for the purpose of national security.

3. Exemption which may be granted under § 91.1104(b) for the purpose of national security.

4. Exemption from the prohibitions of section 10(a) (3) and (5) of the Act, which may be granted under section 10(b)(1) of the Act in cases involving national security.
