Non-Methane Organic Gases

1. The sum of all organic air pollutants. Excluding methane; they account for aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, and other pollutants that are not hydrocarbons but are precursors of ozone.

2. Sum of oxygenated and nonoxygenated hydrocarbons contained in a gas sample as measured using the procedures described in 40 CFR 1066.635.
