1. Any organism for which the pesticide was not intended to control.

2. Any organism for which pesticidal control was either not intended or not legally permitted by application of a pesticide.

3. Plant or animal other than the one against which the pesticide is applied.

4. Any plant, animal or other organism other than the target pests that a pesticide is intended to affect.
