  "definition": "1. Changes or benefits resulting from activities and outputs. Short-term outcomes produce changes in learning, knowledge, attitude, skills or understanding. Intermediate outcomes generate changes in behavior, practice or decisions. Long-term outcomes produce changes in condition.\n\n2. The result, effect, or consequence of carrying out a project leading to an environmental or programmatic goal. Outcomes may be environmental, behavioral, health-related or programmatic in nature, may be quantitative or qualitative, and may not necessarily be achievable within an assistance agreement funding period.\n\n3. Additional information provided in response to a cleanup action that is underway or completed. Outcomes can describe: the level of priority assigned to a site; the recommendation of further action at a site; or the recommendation of an additional action to be undertaken at a site.",
