1. In the context of the Exchange Network, "partner" refers to an institution that is active on the Network. It can also mean one of the two entities in a Trading Partner exchange. The Partner can either be the information provider or the information requester (client/consumer).
2. A livestock producer who signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the U.S. EPA and agrees to survey his/her facility and install methane recovery systems where profitable within 3 years.
